A sweet add on to corn liquor
Ingredients
- 1. 1-gallon jug of apple juice
- 2. 1 cup of honey
- 3 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 4. 1/4 Tbsp Nutmeg
- 5. 1/4 Tbsp Ground Cloves
- 2 Quarts of Corn Mash
Directions
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 gallon of apple juice, sugar, and honey. Cook until sugar and honey are dissolved. Place remaining apple juice in another container as to use the jug for the recipe. Allow liquid to cool completely. Place cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and ground cloves inside the empty jug. Pour apple juice mixture and corn mash into the jug, seal with lid. Allow to age for at least 3 weeks. Divide into quart jars. Chill prior to drinking.
