Great meal for those hot summer days!

Ingredients
  • 1. 1 bunch of romaine lettuce
  • 2. 1 small bunch of baby spinach
  • 3. 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
  • 4. 2 radishes shaved
  • 5. 1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 6. 2 large tomatoes
  • 7. 1/2 pound crisp bacon
  • 8. 1/2 pound smoked ham, fried crispy
  • 9. 1/2 pound fried chicken
  • 10. 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 11. 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 12. 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 13. red pepper flakes
  • 14. minced garlic
  • 15 red onions, sliced thinly
  • 16. Melba toast
Directions
  • Step 1 In a large mixing bowl, layer lettuce and spinach on the bottom. Add a layer of each ingredient, except the eggs, building to the top of the bowl. Cheese should be a combined layer. At the top cover with sliced eggs
  • Step 2 Serve with desired dressing.
