Great meal for those hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 1. 1 bunch of romaine lettuce
- 2. 1 small bunch of baby spinach
- 3. 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
- 4. 2 radishes shaved
- 5. 1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
- 6. 2 large tomatoes
- 7. 1/2 pound crisp bacon
- 8. 1/2 pound smoked ham, fried crispy
- 9. 1/2 pound fried chicken
- 10. 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 11. 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 12. 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 13. red pepper flakes
- 14. minced garlic
- 15 red onions, sliced thinly
- 16. Melba toast
Directions
- Step 1 In a large mixing bowl, layer lettuce and spinach on the bottom. Add a layer of each ingredient, except the eggs, building to the top of the bowl. Cheese should be a combined layer. At the top cover with sliced eggs
- Step 2 Serve with desired dressing.
